Frequently asked questions
Does it work outside Rome?
Yes. The software works anywhere in Italy: setup and support are remote. We install the smart-lock kit ourselves in Rome; elsewhere we tell you how to proceed.
Which channel manager and locks do I need?
Today the platform integrates with Smoobu, Google Calendar and SwitchBot locks. If you don’t have them, we help you set them up. Other integrations on request.
Is it right for a guesthouse or several apartments?
Yes: the fee is per unit and drops as units grow, so it fits a single apartment as well as a guesthouse or several properties.
What does support include?
Basic support is included in the fee. Customisations and extra work are agreed separately.
